Quick$crews Return Policy
All returns will be at the discretion of Quickscrews International Corporation.
Do not return any merchandise for any reason without first contacting our Customer Service department, and receiving a return authorization.
All unauthorized returns will be refused at our shipping dock.
All returns MUST be sent directly to a Quickscrews Warehouse per our instructions. Any returns sent to our Corporate Office will be refused.
Products shipped as ordered will not be accepted for return without written permission from Quickscrews International Corporation.
Returns must be shipped prepaid, unless otherwise authorized by us in writing.
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of order, unless materials are defective.
Order mistakes shipped due to shipper error will be re-shipped at the expense of Quickscrews International Corporation, providing the original purchase order was received with our Part Numbers, and/or exact description of products. If these requirements are met, we will pay for all normal freight charges incurred on replacement merchandise, as well as all normal freight charges incurred on returned merchandise received in error. We will also waive all restocking fees.
To ensure proper and accurate order entry, we recommend using our E3 Order Entry System on our www.quickscrews.com website. The E3 system also allows you to check inventory and order status. If you prefer, you may fax us your Purchase Order at 1-800-689-7975 or 1-925-371-5384.
We accept faxed orders, E-mailed orders, and orders placed to our E3 website.
