I am Rick Gentry, Executive Vice President of Quickscrews International Corporation. My first fastener job was working is a warehouse for a Nut and Bolt company, in 1984. When the company was faced with customer service issues in their will call department, I stepped up. Within one month we dropped from 10 – 20 complaints per day to zero complaints. I realized then that I had a natural talent do delivering customers top notch service. I learned as much as I could about the complete line of fasteners that were in existence at the time. In 1988, I was approached by Greg Wiener, founder and now CEO of Quickscrews, to be the first employee and outside salesman in his company. I learned how wood products were fastened together as well as other fastening methodologies. I have been directly involved with the launch of each different product line that Quickscrews offers today. My travels have taken me to thousands of cabinet shops in over 30 states, as well as in Canada and Mexico.

I know what works and what does not work in all woodworking applications. I am involved in our R&D department, which is always on top of the latest hardware developments and the fasteners needed for those applications. I am available for consultation at any time to help resolve your fastener issues.

To take advantage of my expertise, please feel free to contact me at my email address or at 1-800-743-6916 or 1-925-371-8215. I am at your service. rgentry@quickscrews.com

I am Stuart (Stu) Zins, Senior Sales Consultant at Quickscrews International Corporation. My first job in the woodworking industry was in 1983, as an Apprentice Cabinetmaker. Over the next 7 years I worked my way up to Journeyman. In 1989 I joined Quickscrews and began my understudy journey in all skills ranging from warehouse operations to worldwide purchasing. Since being with the company I have done almost every job there is to do here. My work has taken me to many cabinet shops and trade shows around the country, as well as on several trips to Taiwan to meet and negotiate with our screw manufacturers.

Now that I am back in the Sales Department, I know I can draw from my unique and valuable experience to benefit our customers. I know how screws are made and I know how cabinets are made. I know which screws to recommend for every woodworking application, and why. Actually, when it comes to woodworking applications and fasteners, there is very little I do not know. I am available to you for consultation about your fastener needs at any time.

If you would like to confer about a solution to a problem, ask for a quote or just shoot the breeze, please contact me at szins@quickscrews.com.
