I am Rick Gentry, Executive Vice President of Quickscrews International Corporation. My first fastener job was working is a warehouse for a Nut and Bolt company, in 1984. When the company was faced with customer service issues in their will call department, I stepped up. Within one month we dropped from 10 – 20 complaints per day to zero complaints. I realized then that I had a natural talent do delivering customers top notch service. I learned as much as I could about the complete line of fasteners that were in existence at the time. In 1988, I was approached by Greg Wiener, founder and now CEO of Quickscrews, to be the first employee and outside salesman in his company. I learned how wood products were fastened together as well as other fastening methodologies. I have been directly involved with the launch of each different product line that Quickscrews offers today. My travels have taken me to thousands of cabinet shops in over 30 states, as well as in Canada and Mexico.

I know what works and what does not work in all woodworking applications. I am involved in our R&D department, which is always on top of the latest hardware developments and the fasteners needed for those applications. I am available for consultation at any time to help resolve your fastener issues.

To take advantage of my expertise, please feel free to contact me at my email address or at 1-800-743-6916 or 1-925-371-8215. I am at your service. rgentry@quickscrews.com

My name is Chuck Lilly. I have been extremely fortunate to gain my experience from working with the leaders within the construction and woodworking industry. In 1983 I was a product specialist for an international construction fastener manufacturer where I provided tools and fasteners to the Midwest contractors. Within my ten years of success I provided my customers with the most updated information and product knowledge that would allow them to complete their jobs ahead of schedule and below budget.

In 1993 I made the transition to the Woodworking Industry. Working for a ball bearing slide manufacturer named Accuride, I covered the Eastern half of North America. I traveled throughout that area of the United States and Canada as a Regional Sales Manager learning and understanding the many functional hardware applications within the construction of case goods. My product and application knowledge made me a strong resource for all my customers.

I was able to take my experience in 2002 and develop an import company that supplied functional hardware and cabinet fasteners to the largest distributors within the U.S. market. I traveled the world sourcing and understanding the importing business. During these travels I learned the importance of providing a consistently high quality product that customers can rely on from application to application. I also learned that the true cost of the product is not only what you see on the invoice! The Quickscrews International Corporation is based on years of industry experience, market knowledge and importing excellence. Their product offering and innovation have made them the leader of the industry. That is why I am proud to be with Quickscrews! With Quickscrews proven performance and my application knowledge, you can take full advantage of our experience and put it to work for you. My area of responsibility is the Midwest and I am ready and looking forward to be your premier fastener resource for you and your company. clilly@quickscrews.com

Who knew there was so much to learn about products so tiny. I must say I believe I have had some of the best training available in the woodworking industry. In 2007, I moved over to the Customer Service/Administration Department. I am responsible for customer claims, website training, end of day processing, database and customer account maintenance, not to mention a myriad of projects that get sent my way. I am well known for my loud raucous laugh and upbeat sense of humor, which just happen to compliment my exceptional customer service skills. How may I help you? ljachimowicz@quickscrews.com

I am Stuart (Stu) Zins, Senior Sales Consultant at Quickscrews International Corporation. My first job in the woodworking industry was in 1983, as an Apprentice Cabinetmaker. Over the next 7 years I worked my way up to Journeyman. In 1989 I joined Quickscrews and began my understudy journey in all skills ranging from warehouse operations to worldwide purchasing. Since being with the company I have done almost every job there is to do here. My work has taken me to many cabinet shops and trade shows around the country, as well as on several trips to Taiwan to meet and negotiate with our screw manufacturers.

Now that I am back in the Sales Department, I know I can draw from my unique and valuable experience to benefit our customers. I know how screws are made and I know how cabinets are made. I know which screws to recommend for every woodworking application, and why. Actually, when it comes to woodworking applications and fasteners, there is very little I do not know. I am available to you for consultation about your fastener needs at any time.
