Pricing:
We have made every effort to ensure that all of the information
contained within this price list is complete and accurate. Quick$crews® International Corporation reserves the right to make any changes
or corrections to any information which may have been published
in error. Part numbers, quantities, weights and prices are subject
to change without notice.
Freight Policy:
All Quick$crews® Fastener orders of $2500.00 or more will
be shipped freight pre-paid, no charge, unless otherwise noted.
All Drive Bit orders of $250.00 or more will be shipped freight
pre-paid, no charge.
All orders will be FOB shipping origin. We reserve the right
to ship orders from any of our warehouse locations at our discretion.
We must be notified of any shortages within 5 days of receipt
of merchandise. Shortages will not be credited unless noted on
trucking company bill of lading at time of delivery. We offer
you the benefit of the only
No Minimum "Drop- Ship"policy in our industry. Drop
shipped orders will not be billed 3rd party or freight collect.
This does not apply to shipments made to branch locations within
your own company.
Notification of Errors:
Shipping errors must be documented in writing to our Returns/Adjustment
department within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Carton Quantities/Weights:
We make every effort to insure the published carton quantities
and weights are accurate, but make no guarantees and such information
is subject to change without notice.
Pak Quantities/Weights:
We make every effort to insure the published pak quantities,
paks per case, and weights are accurate, but make no guarantees
and such information is subject to change without notice. We
reserve the right to ship paks to the nearest full case quantities.
Warranty:
All products are produced to standard and commercial tolerances.
We warranty products to be free from defects in materials and
manufacturing. When we have determined that a product is defective,
it will be replaced. At our discretion, a credit may be issued
instead of replacement. Our liability is limited to the cost
of the defective product only. No other
warranty is implied.
Liability:
The customer shall be responsible for testing and verifying the
suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for
intended use is implied. The customer assumes all risk and liability.
Our only obligation is replacement or credit for product
proven defective. We shall not be deemed liable for any loss
or damage that may occur from the use or inability to use the
product.
Return Policy
All returns will be at the discretion of Quick$crews® International Corporation.
Do not return any merchandise for any reason without
first contacting our Returns/Adjustments department, and receiving
a return authorization.
All unauthorized returns will be refused at our
shipping dock.
All returns sent to our office address of 2420
Camino Ramon Suite 320 San Ramon, CA 94583 will be refused.
Products shipped as ordered will not be accepted
for return without written permission from Quick$crews® International
Corporation.
All returns must be shipped prepaid, unless otherwise
authorized by us in writing.
All returns subject to a 30% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt
of order, unless materials are defective.
Orders shipped due to shipper error will be re-shipped
at the expense of Quick$crews® International Corporation,
providing the order was received with our Part Numbers, and/or
exact description of products. If these requirements are met,
We will pay for all normal freight charges incurred on replacement
merchandise, as well as all normal freight charges incurred on
returned merchandise received in error. We will also waive all
restocking fees.
To insure proper and accurate order entry, we recommend
using our E3 Order Entry System on our quickscrews.com website.
The E3 system also allows you to check inventory, and order status.
If you prefer, you may fax us your Purchase Order.
We accept faxed orders, E-mailed orders, and orders placed to
our E3 website.
