We make every effort to ensure that all the information contained within our price lists and quotes are complete and accurate. Quickscrews International Corporation reserves the right to make any changes or corrections to any information which may have been published in error. Part numbers, quantities, and weights are subject to change without notice.
All orders are FOB shipping origin. We reserve the right to ship orders from any of our warehouse locations at our discretion.
We offer our Distributor Partners the benefit of the only No Minimum "Drop- Ship" policy in our industry. Drop shipped orders will not be billed 3rd party or freight collect. Note that shipments made to branch locations within your own company are not deemed to be "drop shipments" but normal orders.
Notification of Errors:
Shipping errors must be documented in writing to our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. We must be notified of any shortages within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Shortages will not be credited unless noted on trucking company bill of lading at time of delivery. All requests need to be in writing. You may e-mail to: email@example.com or fax to: 925-371-8267.
All returns must have an RGA issued to receive credit. All products that are not deemed defective must be returned within 30 days of Invoice date. We make every effort to ensure the published carton quantities and weights are accurate, but make no guarantees and such information is subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure the published pak quantities, paks per case, and weights are accurate, but make no guarantees and such information is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to ship pak orders to the nearest full case quantities.
All products are produced to standard and commercial tolerances. We warranty products to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing. When we have determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced. At our discretion, a credit may be issued instead of replacement. Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective product only. No other warranty is implied.
The customer shall be responsible for testing and verifying the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is implied. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Our only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. We shall not be deemed liable for any loss or damage that may occur from the use or inability to use the product.

Just a short note to let you know that I enjoy all your newsletters and that I have been using your screws in my cabinet assembly and everywhere else I need them. I purchase them from E.B. Bradley here in San Diego. Your screws are the bomb! I also did a review of them on Wood Magazines "Review a tool" website, where I'm currently their No.1 tool reviewer. Thanks for providing us with really good quality screws at a reasonable price, as no one wants to feel liked they've been screwed. But then again, like I've always said, there's nothing like a good screw!
