Do you have a morning routine? They say that successful people have one thing in common, they cherish their mornings. I cherish my morning as well and that is why I always hit the snooze button at least twice before getting up. I mean why rush to get up when you have the entire day waiting on you. But in all seriousness, I have been trying to get up earlier and get more things done, but every time I do, it seems like the only thing I manage to do is eat more for breakfast. I get to work a bit early only to have enough time to toast a bagel with cream cheese. I wonder if that is what success means. I sure hope so. Are morning people born like that or can we make ourselves a morning person? Regardless of what you believe or what your morning looks like, I thought I would share what some experts consider to be healthy morning habits.
