Do you have a morning routine? They say that successful people have one thing in common, they cherish their mornings. I cherish my morning as well and that is why I always hit the snooze button at least twice before getting up. I mean why rush to get up when you have the entire day waiting on you. But in all seriousness, I have been trying to get up earlier and get more things done, but every time I do, it seems like the only thing I manage to do is eat more for breakfast. I get to work a bit early only to have enough time to toast a bagel with cream cheese.
This week at Quickscrews during our morning scrum we took the time to appreciate co-workers that support us and help us improve at our job. Interestingly, most people were unable to choose one person and instead extended their appreciation to the entire team. It really shows how we all work together as a team and how each person in the company play a small role in the overall vision of Quickscrews.
My dad engrained a passion for sports in me from the moment I was born; I attended my first college basketball game at two weeks old. So it’s no wonder that every year I am giddy for the greatest sports tournament, college basketball’s March Madness, to begin.
